Advance Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning of Greenville, NC is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform the routine maintenance on our clients' HVAC systems . Are you an ambitious and mechanically-inclined "people person" looking for steady, year-round work with a growing company ? The schedule for an HVAC Maintenance Technician is Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 or 5:00 pm . We offer competitive wages starting at $17.00 - $20.00/hr , based on experience, plus bonuses and commission . Our maintenance technicians are also eligible for great benefits including a company iPad , retirement plan with employer match , 50% employer-paid medical plan , a dental and vision option, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), bereavement leave , tuition reimbursement , and employee referral incentives .
