Bailey’s Client Service Specialist The role of a Bailey’s Client Service Specialist plays a key part in the success of the Bailey’s business. This role is about giving legendary customer service in your department with excellence. We strive to do our jobs with EXCELLENCE. As a part of the repair consultant team you ensure that we give all patrons extraordinary service, offer them jeweler repair options and suggestions, and execute all responsibilities of your department with excellence. Company core values, service standards, processes, and procedures should be executed consistently with excellence. In this role you must be able multi-task while always putting the patron first. Clear communication skills with patrons and jewelers for descriptions of jewelry repair are imperative. Your role is helping advise our patrons on the repair options necessary to keep treasured jewelry in new condition. Specific Responsibilities: · Work directly with patrons and deliver a great customer service experience · Evaluate jewelry to suggest repair options to patrons · Watch repair evaluation · Clean and check jewelry · Create basic repair estimates on the spot with patrons · Deliver jewelry repairs for patron pick up · Use POS system to take in repairs, cashier repairs, and make detailed notes of repair options · Maintain an up to date knowledge of all product categories · Ensure adherence to company retail operating and security procedures · Partner with support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communication · Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience · Create a positive and rewarding patron experience, that is warm and exciting in all customer interactions · Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the patron always takes priority · Fully support and align with all key business initiatives · Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market · Collect meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities Core Competencies: · Customer Focus · Tech Savvy · Demonstrates Self awareness · Plans and aligns · Action Oriented · Resourceful · Optimizes work processes · Situational adaptability · Resilient Powered by JazzHR
