You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Seek and provide resources for team and provide necessary training that will assist the team in reaching its goals. Possess thorough understanding of all company policies, including GMPs and safety policies.Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.Perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests on all raw and finished products using approved methods to generate accurate data. Record all information in an orderly fashion and report all deviations from standard to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Manager. About You: You'll fit right in if you have:Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.The ability to work in an unconditioned environmentAbility to manage and prioritize one's own time consistent with the needs of the business.
