Key Responsibilities:Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our production processes.Oversee the optimization of equipment and personnel to ensure consistent production meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing mentorship and driving efficient operations across all departments.Leverage data and metrics to maintain operational excellence and drive cost reduction initiatives.Implement strategic projects to enhance company performance and efficiency.Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal results.Lead the recruitment, development, and performance management of a diverse and talented workforce.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of success in leading operational teams and achieving measurable results.Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing both salaried and hourly employees.Strong leadership and administrative skills.Experience in implementing and utilizing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in our industry a plus.Master's degree.Six Sigma Blackbelt certification or similar process improvement expertise.Lean Manufacturing certification.
