Corporate Controller

Description:
The Corporate Controller position is responsible for managing the process on monthly consolidation of results, audit coordination and supporting tax filings. * Prepare the US monthly financial consolidation and produce the monthly consolidated financials. * Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to prepare the Board and Lender reporting package for review by the CFO. * Support the annual budget process by consolidating input from all companies and producing the necessary schedules for the FP&A team. * Primary day-to-day contact for the external audits as well as work with auditors on other items including purchases accounting related to M&A activities. * Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and develop new policies as required. * Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity * Prepare and analysis of actual versus budgeted results for revenue and expenses items. * Work with Treasury to prepare the weekly rolling 12-week cash forecast. * Maintain the consolidation reporting system to ensure that the mapping of all GL accounts from various companies is consistent. * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable guidelines. * Plan, assign, and direct work. * Enforce human resources policies and procedures with support of human resources staff. * Develop and mentor direct reports and staff. Includes scheduling, reviews, staff motivation, training and development. * Participate in in-house staffing training. * Other duties as assigned. * B.S./B.A.in Accounting. * Minimum 12 years of similar experience with a combination of public accounting, public companies and private companies with the past five years leading. * Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience of working with Auditors and leading Audit process * Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment * Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability * Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environments while under pressure
