Summary CAMP LOL is looking for a dynamic, energetic, dedicated professional for our Program.We are an Afterschool age program with children 5 years through 12 years of age. We are open everyday Afterschool from 2:45-5:30pm. We also are open on school closures for St. Johnsbury School and Lyndon Town School. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday through summer vacation, with a potential to be full time year round. We offer a competitive salary and ongoing professional development. Duties * Strong communication and organizational skills* Dedication to exploring nature and the natural environment* Strong knowledge in developing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum* Be skilled at time management and be able to handle multiple tasks* Work well as a team member* Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude* Demonstrate the ability to communicate positively with Elementary aged children* Ability to plan fun and engaging activities Requirements Must have a highschool diploma or GED Be able to pass a background check Nice To Haves Experience working with children Flexible schedule Benefits ABC and LOL LLC Offers: Paid vacation and sick time IRA plan with 3% match BCBS Health Insurance Supplemental l insurance Paid Professional Development opportunities Employee Child Care discount Gym Membership Paid planning time Educational counseling and support to further your education and many other benefits
